Meditation is as natural as breathing. We have just forgotten how to connect to the silence within. Our minds are so full of thoughts and we have become so accustomed to these thoughts we don’t notice how they affect our lives.
In silence we find ourselves.
In silence we find centeredness.
In silence we find peace and a way
to create the life we desire.
The Course is taught in 4 parts in a one day setting or in a two day setting to accommodate different schedules.
Session One
Introduction and origin of Primordial Sound Meditation and an explanation of
what exactly is happening during meditation, why we heal, create success,
and find more peace in our lives, etc.
Session Two
A VERY SPECIAL TIME. Personal Instruction of meditation. Personal Mantra is
received. Meditation.
Session Three
Perfecting Meditation Practice. Discussion of things you can do to make your
meditation practice a life-long gift you give yourself.
Session Four
Higher States of Consciousness. The predicted benefits of a regular meditation
practice. Through the expansion of awareness we allow ourselves to access
new possibilities for physical, emotional and spiritual well being.
