Managing Stress to Optimize Energy

This session incorporates three essential elements that bring a person to understand how they can bring themselves to a place of relaxation and peace. Through this practice of relaxation a person can achieve calmness and clarity, a sense of well being and a peace of mind. You will learn to deal with the stresses of everyday living, and just like an eye of a hurricane is calm you can learn to bring that same calmness into your life so you can walk calmly amongst the chaos. This session includes lecture and discussion with participant interaction on the three essential elements of stress reduction and relaxation. This topic can be created as a one hour program or it can be presented in a full day seminar with expansion of all three points of relaxation. The program will include fun and relaxing interaction using yoga (or simple chair yoga depending on length of program and location).
