Join Donna for a beginner level, very gentle yoga class based on Deepak Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga that will enhance flexibility and help release stress. This class is perfect for all body types and physical conditions. If you have ever though about taking yoga and felt intimidated, this is the class for you!!!
Dates: Mondays and Friday mornings
Time: 9.30 am – 10.30 am
Cost: $18 per class or $150 for 10 sessions
