Refund Policy
Service Cancellation: For Joyful Evolution services cancelled prior to the start date a refund less a 50% cancellation fee will be given within 30 days of request. Refunds will not be given after the event is in process.
Product Return: Joyful Evolution products come with a full 30-day risk free guarantee. If at any time during the first 30-days after the purchase the customer is unsatisfied with the product, they can return it for a full refund provided. Exceptions include CD’s, DVD’s and Software after the customer has opened the packaging.
